Australian Problems, Mate!
This idea is shamelessly from our Commonwealth Buddies & lovely friends at canadian-problems.tumblr.com and aims to shed light on the mass injustices faced by Australians and Australians all over the world.
Feel free to submit your Australian Problems using the ask box.

If you're about to submit anything racist or homophobic, don't waste your time. I will ignore your ass because I will never be publishing anything racist or homophobic to this blog. In fact, I consider Racists and Homophobes an Australian problem.

Anonymous asks:
how common is the word "mate"? i know it's a huge stereotype but is it kind of true of australians? great blog, by the way!Pretty common. I think it is definitely one of the most true stereotypes of Australia. You don’t hear us saying a lot of slang people think we say, but you do hear a lot of ‘mate’ being said.
